About Kareen Aristide


Kareen Aristide is a dynamic figure dedicated to unlocking the full potential of her clients in their professional, emotional, and spiritual lives. With nearly a quarter-century of rich and diverse experience, she has touched hundreds of lives globally in her roles as a pastor, speaker, trainer, coach, consultant, and author. Kareen's present focus is on personal and professional development, emphasizing mental health. She is a Certified DISC Human Behavior Master Trainer Intern with Personality Insights and a Certified Speaker with Expert Speaker.


In 2019, her remarkable contributions were recognized when she was named one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada by CIBWE (Canada International Black Women Event). Kareen's dedication to mental health education is deeply personal, rooted in her own journey of overcoming depression and burnout.


Kareen's academic perseverance is inspiring. After a 15-year hiatus, she graduated from Carleton University in 2020, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health, and making the Dean's List. Her thirst for knowledge continues as she pursues a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Cognitive Science.


As an empowering force for female entrepreneurship, Kareen founded "She Did It Collectives!" This movement is committed to fueling women's leadership through transformative personal and professional development. Her personal life is equally fulfilling, being happily married for 25 years and raising five wonderful children, several of whom have followed in her entrepreneurial footsteps.


Kareen is currently working on her second book, 'Supercharge Your Wellbeing', which delves into evidence-informed personal development and mental health strategies tailored to individual personalities. This work reflects her mission to empower readers on their journeys towards mental wellness.
